Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Inflation Compass (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Inflation Compass mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Inflation Compass grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable App Store or Google Play Store terms.

2. Subscription Plans

Inflation Compass offers optional premium access through the following plans:

• 6-Month Journey:
  
  A recurring subscription providing full access to all premium features for six months. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  
  

• Lifetime Access:
  
  A one-time purchase providing permanent access to all premium features available within the app at the time of purchase and any future updates related to those features.
  
  

All billing and transactions are handled securely through the App Store or Google Play Store. Inflation Compass does not directly store or process payment information.

3. Ownership

The App, including its design, data, and content, is owned or licensed by Inflation Compass and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as expressly permitted by law.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of technical and analytical data as described in that policy.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App.
  
  

• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App.
  
  

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  
  

• Attempt to circumvent or modify any security feature of the App.
  
  

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Inflation Compass.

You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App and discontinuing use.

Inflation Compass may terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inflation Compass and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil (or, for users in the EU, by your local laws), without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Third-Party Terms

You acknowledge that the App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC) are not responsible for the App or its content, and that your use of the App is also subject to their respective Terms of Service and Standard EULA:
